Bad driver- drive crazy without signal and tailigate. Not sure what this driver was thinking. (The one that drives Nissian)

1 star is 1 star FAR-too many – as detailed below.

GOOGLE TAKE NOTE:

The ALLEGED 'positive' reviews below are 100% FAKE & ALL were CLEARLY authored by foreign staff & friends of new owner. These BOGUS 'positive' reviews must be removed by Google ASAP.

Cases in point:

1. New owner only 1 month ago - yet several FAKE 'positive' reviews (w/o detail) are 2-11 months old. Hmmm... (YOU do the math.)

2. Read other similarly + consistently poor, REAL reviews - which include at least SOME detail.

FYI - ordered + picked up weekly cheese pizzas from this restaurant for several years. ZERO negative issues + only positive comments re: 2 previous owners (became friendly with both).

New owner (who seemed like nice guy when 1st met) polar opposite of 2 prior owners.

Pizza ok - but nowhere near as good as prior owners’. ‘Service’ (or, more accurately: lack thereof) absolutely BRUTAL – & that’s when simply arriving to pick up your food!

Words to the wise: Do NOT order ANYTHING from these clueless thieves - who can't SPELL customer service - let alone provide any!

Nearly ALWAYS tech &/or cluelessness issue(s) – so you stand there w/ thumb up bum – AS food gets cold – for upwards of 15 minutes (or MORE!) – while problems du jour are rectified .

Unfortunately, no cure for stupid – OR for rude – which is modus operandi here. Can’t get register, card scanner, computer (&/or brain!) to function + never apologize for chronic delay(s) + no sign of these folks getting a clue anytime soon - or EVER...

From BAD to WORSE to WORST:

Despite 3 consecutive weeks of above - 3 days prior to this review (after LONG day) stop in to pick up pie. Sure enough – clueless staffer du jour – YET AGAIN - for 4TH straight week – can’t get register to function properly. Bite tongue – just want to take pizza & leave.

Head home – but (already late) dinner delayed again (to deal w/ unrelated b s).

FINALLY sit down to eat pie – only to open box and discover 1 PIECE of PIZZA is GONE!

AND – if THAT’s not bad enough – there was only 1 or 2 staff in restaurant + only 1 pizza box on top of ovens – i.e. he absolutely HAD to know he sold me a used, partially eaten pizza!

Call same night + SEVERAL times next day – no answer + can't leave message(s) - voicemail full. Out of town few days – call AGAIN upon return.

Same clueless staffer answers & I request new owner’s name - but he refuses to provide + demands to know why.

Though he already KNOWS what happened (doesn’t take a genius to determine HE ate piece of my pizza – THEN sold me partially eaten pie) - I 'explain' what happens, anyway.

Not-so shockingly - he flatly denies – then speaks non-English to owner (whom barely speaks ANY English).

Owner asks why I didn't call sooner. Inform him I DID call - SEVERAL times + tell him to verify via caller id (he doesn't). He ALSO flatly denies issue (though he wasn't even present!) - then actually has nerve to claim I'm wrong & all 12 pieces intact.

As one might imagine – goes over like lead balloon.

May not rival Einstein – but AM able count to 12 (+ slightly above). AND (with all-due respect to visually impaired) – any BLIND person could quickly determine if/when piece of pizza missing.

They refuse to replace pizza – so bluntly inform clueless staffer that next calls will be to immigration (to ensure all staff in US legally – or, if not - have them ‘exported’ asap) + to consumer protection (to ensure theft goes on record AND never happens again to ANYONE).

Clueless staffer then swears at me + calls ME stupid - then hangs up on me. Definitely not 'pizza-wise' - yet, most-definitely, pound-foolish.

Paging GOOD customer service (&/or ANY sign of INTELLIGENT life forms)...

Hopefully this detailed review will help others avoid similarly awful experiences at this rat hole + permanently put these clueless, people-unfriendly* crooks out of business.

*NOTE: At least 1 or 2 look - & act - as if active ISIS members - no joke.
