Panera Bread — Establishment, food, cafe, meal takeaway and bakery at 1129 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, Connecticut.

Gave this Panera a couple chances and just won't bother anymore. I pay the extra money so that I have healthier options. Several months ago I had to file a formal complaint. My sandwich had one tiny piece of avocado, barely any chicken and was missing peppers. It was so sloppily put together that I had to eat the rest with a fork. As disappointed as I was, I shrugged it off. However, my french onion soup had a splinter in it that stuck into my tooth. I pulled it out and took a picture. The soup also had no croutons and only a couple pieces of cheese floating around in it. I called and spoke with the manager. He did apologize and refunded my meal. The corporate office and I played phone tag about the issue until they just decided to let it rest.

Now today was my second try at the same meal. Again, sandwich was sloppily put together and really soggy. It did have the ingredients in it but very little chicken. There were more peppers than the chicken. The soup AGAIN had NO croutons. $11 for a cup of soup and half a sandwich and it sucks? I can understand if it came from some cheap fast food joint like BK or Wendy's..... I'll be taking my lunch elsewhere from now on.
